Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@daysweep.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@daysweep.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or pack, please place a new order and return the original item.
Warranty
All DaySweep products include a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect within one year of your purchase date, contact us at support@norvenfur.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, or cosmetic variations in finish that may occur due to screen and lighting differences.
